Can't Set Vivosmart Alarm via Garmin Connect

After being on holidays for three weeks, meaning my Vivosmart daily alarm had been turned off, I'm not able to turn it back on via Garmin Connect.
When I make the setting change, it comes up with the message what settings will be applied the next time the device is connected, but nothing happens.
My wife also has a Vivosmart and she was able to turn the alarm back on with no problems.
Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix?

    Same Issue

    I've been having the same issue all week. I've been trying over and over to reset my alarm time to 15 minutes later. I sync it and it looks like it went through, but when I go back into the alarm part of the app, the old time shows up again. I tried de-installing and re-installing the app. No luck.

    I should add I can't change any of the device settings, not just the alarm.
    Any ideas on how to fix this?
    I slept in this morning and missed my daily run...
  • If you are talking about the mobile app, a quick search through the forum would show that you are not alone and that Garmin has acknowledged the bug in the mobile app. A fix should be coming. You should be able modify settings in Connect with a browser.

    Thanks Phil. I haven't tried via a browser before. Can you direct me to any instructions online?

    Ignore this post, just worked it out! Wish I have new about this earlier.
