Hiking not appearing in Activities Totals

Am I missing something or does hiking activities not show up in the total mileage, activities etc panels and reports on Garmin Connect?

I wrote about this as well in another thread a week or so ago. The mileage appears properly in the Calendar, but NOT in the Total Distance Report in Garmin Connect.
