Information on GarminConnect missing - some details are not displayed, what can I do?

Hi everyone,

I own a Vivofit but there are some details missing on my Garmin Connect profile. On my personal profile (orange box), there is only the overview of the past year for my steps but not for my activities.
2. below my profile picture, there are only details about myself and my steps but not about my activities
3. when i check my "reports" (green box), I cannot see the "activities", "overall time of activities" and "overall distance" and it says that I do not have any data for that period of time which is wrong. The other things like my heartrate, active calories etc. are displayed correctly.
I hope that you understand my problem and can help me. I would be very thankful :o

    I have a same kind of problem. After syncing Vivofit in Garmin Express, the data is not shown on GarminConnect webpage. No steps, no sleep, no nothing since June 15th.
    I have tried to remove the Vivofit and pair it again, but no help. Vivofit SW version is 4.00.
