Does anyone know how I can post an activity from Strava to Garmin. My Garmin was not working at the time and I used Strava only and I have all my info on Garmin and would like to post a recent cycle?

You can try Tapiriic however I don't know if you can transfer history as opposed to a current activity. I've looked in Strava previously and didn't see the ability to export. As a last resort, you can add manual activities in Connect but they obviously won't have GPS or the usual graphs. At least your totals will be correct.
