Uploading activities from July 4, there are 3 activities, (2 accidental)
Subsequent activities do upload just fine, and one of the July 4 activities uploaded.
The remaining 2 sitting in the folder -- Macintosh HD/Users/[UserName]/library/application support/garmin/express/registered devices/[device registration number]/pending upload/activities
The files are named 2015-07-04 18/36/52 +0000_210 and 2015-07-04 18/36/52 +0000_209
They have no file ending, like .tcx nor .gpx
If I doubleclick on them, they open in text editor.
Is there some way to make them a file that will upload? Of course, the one file that is my real data is one of these unsynced files.
I have tried multiple times to force them to upload, but I get the generic error on the Garmin Express app screen, THERE WAS AN ERROR SYNCING WITH GARMIN CONNECT.
I have attached (I think) of a screenshot of the generic error message.
This system will not allow me to upload and post either of the two activity files. Let me know if you want me to open them in editor and copy/past their content here.

I am thinking that if there is someway to make them into something that the Garmin uploader can read, then all will be well -- like, can I use the editor and then somehow save them as something (but I notice editor does not have a "save as" option), or can I add some extension onto the files as they are to make them readable.
I edited this and attached a second screenshot of the error I get when I try to force the upload with Garmin.
