vivosmart - HRM stopped pairing

have been using for a couple of months, really like it. One day, the heart rate monitor would no longer pair.
I've: changed the battery in the HRM, tried it away from wifi, wet skin multiple times, indoors and out, updated software on vivosmart with syncs and works just fine.
don't know what else to try

Me too!

I've only had my VivoSmart & HRM for abut 3 months, and all of a sudden the HRM will no longer pair with the VivoSmart. I will try replacing the battery, but as it should have a much longer life than 3 months, and other people seem to have had the same problem, I'm wondering if anyone else has a solution??

Try Garmin Support. Your device has a warranty and if they can't provide you a solution, they'll send you another. IMO, phone support is best.
