Connect data not updating

My Garmin Connect, on either the PC or the phone, has not updated after syncing my vivofit. It shows last synced June 5th, though I have synced a few times since then - including today. When syncing through Garmin Express, or the Garmin Connect app on iPhone, it shows it is syncing - but it never updates in Garmin Connect. All was updating fine as of June 5th, but that the last date Connect shows I've synced.
I've checked for any updates, signed out & back in, etc without anything making a difference. When I looked at Connect status, it showed all to be working, but my data will not update!
Why?? (BTW, not impressed at all with Garmin Connect and this is just another of long problems with it - wish Garmin would get it all to work at the same time!)
  • If you have a lot of days to sync, sometimes it takes a bit of time for it to be processed. Even thoughit may say June 5th, that just means June 5th for the data you're seeing. I suggest you take a widget in list format of your steps to see if other days appear.

    Check that every time setting on all your devices, vivofit, PC, phone, and connect have the same time and timezone.

    Is it possible you have 2 accounts and the data is going to a different account than the one you're looking at?
