I added my husbands Vivosmart two days ago not using a different email address, it stuffed up my account so I deleted his, made him a new email account and then added his device again. Now I cant get my vivosmart to download any info what am I doing wrong, his is working. I swap between the devices when I sync to make sure the right info is being downloaded
I presume you are syncing with your phone. If so, turn off bluetooth on your husband's vs when you want to sync yours. You can only have one device connected at a time in Mobile Connect. Then yours should connect and sync. What I do is use my phone for 1 device and my computer and express for the others. You can link multiple devices and accounts in express so you don't have that constraint. The only issue is you have to removed the vs from your wrist to do it. If all of that is too much of a hassle, alternatively, you could setup connect mobile on 2 phones - one for you and one for your husband.
