error in sync via Garmin Connect

i have issues sync my fenix 2 activities up to Garmin Connect. both laptop and iphone sync fails.

error message from laptop's Garmin Express is "there was an error in syncing with Garmin Connect"

i have all the activities files

please help. thanks
