On Garmin Connect, I love that you can designate your own heart rate zones and then design workouts with those as parameters. HOWEVER, I would love it even more if I could do the same thing for pace zones. I'm using Jack Daniels' VDOT paces, and I have 8 or 10 workouts set up on Garmin Connect and on my Forerunner 220. Recently, I've had some faster race performances and I want to move up to faster paces. This means that I have to go in and chance paces for all the steps of each workout. If I could do this once (E pace, M pace, T pace, 10k pace, I pace, and R pace) and the changes be made universally, it would save me a lot of time! Don't know if this is possible now, or if this might be a feature request. Thanks for any help!
I agree I've set up the JD blue plan with HR for easy runs and pace for intervals and reps. It's a pain having to edit all of the interval and rep workouts at the start of each block.
