I am looking into upgrading from the 405CX to the Forerunner 225 or the Tom Tom MultiSport Cardio. There are quite a few new features on the 225 that were not on the 405CX. However, I will use this watch to track both running/cycling workouts but it doesn't seem to allow the user to switch from one sport mode to the other. Are there any 225 users that can confirm if this is true? Does this mean that I would have to manually change the sport mode when uploading workouts to Garmin Connect?
