When you buy a Garmin you expect it it work. When you record your bike rides ypu place some trust in th eunit to do what yopu piad for it to do, it's simple enough, all it had to do was record the activity, I did all th ehard work cycling 125 miles. But no, of course not...bloody Garmin disappoints YET AGAIN....the ride is recorded as I ride..i see it...the activity shows in the list on th eunit as being there when I get back. Then Express and Connect fail miserably as usual to upload the activity...then the unit crashes when not connected via cable to the laptop...it does this for 24 hrs....then suddenly it fires up and guess what??? Its delted the 125 bike ride I did...so I can tadd it to Strava which is important to me...WTF Garmin...do you actually give a rats *** about your clients????????? This is just another problem in a long long line since buying Garmin. Your support is hopeless, your software user unfriendly in the extteme and now the hardware unit fails as well. Why is it that outfits like strava can offer a far easier user experience than Garmin?? If I had shares in Garmin I would sell them instantly because very soon some other outfit is going to come along and offer a better user product/experience and pull your 'market dominance' right from under your arrogant feet.:mad::mad::mad:
