How to restore dashboard?

I moved and deleted some panes in the Health & Fitness dashboard.
Is there a way to restore it to the default layout?

I would also like to know if you can restore a dashboard. Mine has disappeared from Garmin Express and it won't let me add one.

Me too!

Somehow my Modern dashboard got cleared of all panels, blank. There has to be a way to restore the default display. PLEASE Anyone?

Dashboard

Hi,
I inadvertently "deleted" :( the Workout block on my dashboard, which was already populated on the dashboard. How do I put it back on there?

Click on the ≡ (‘hamburger’) menu icon in the top left corner of the page in Garmin Connect online, then click on the › icon to the right of Workouts, and then click on the [+‑Add‑to‑Dashboard] button.

Go to settings and sign out of the Garmin Connect app on your phone then log back in and the deleted Health and Performance items for 'My Day' will come back.

I am not using the mobile app but the Garmin Connect website only.
