I've been having many issues with Garmin Connect for months now - first there was a problem where it was not possible to edit a workout from modern interface, then a problem with uploading training plans to 610 (this is still not working for me), then whole connect site was super slow taking about 30 seconds to change from activities to calendar view and today I can not log on at all.
When I open connect.garmin.com I either get "Internal Server Error" or page telling me that "Garmin connect it temporary unavailable".
Adding insult to injury - status page (at connect.garmin.com/status) reports that everything is just fine.
I love my FR-610, but simply can not understand that Garmin is not capable of keeping one fairly simple online system up and running. Even more - that there seems to be no official Garmin reps on these forums? And in my experience - every time I contacted support (phone or email) I was given wrong information! Last time I complained about problems uploading training plans - I was told that FR-610 never supported that feature!
Terribly disappointed user here Garmin - I've had great experience with your FR-610, but your software, web site and support are appalling. Shame on you.
