Hello All,

Since a couple of days, my display is gone crazy : the background and the character police are both dark.
I wonder if it is a joke, anyway, I am worried about it.

Can someone help me ?

Is there a way to have to resed back to the default view (dark character and white background)

Did you try it another browser or computer? I would start by clearing your cache and temporary internet files. I think your display just isn't refreshing all the way.

I thought also that it was due to my browser.
I tried on chrome, firefox and internet explorer with different OS (windows , linux) but the display is still the same.

Very strange behaviour.

There were server issues today although Sandy-Hary's problem preceded today's issues. The issues seem to be mostly resolved now so you might try again.

Despite of the server issue fixed, my display is still inverted.
I there anyone from garmun support ?
It is frustrating to pay such a price and then having the feeling that the seller forget you.

Please, help.

You should call them. This is a user-to-use forum and you should not expect Garmin to even be aware of your problem based on these posts.

BTW, it occurred to me that popup blockers can have a weird effect on Connect. You should check that.

Hello Phil,

The suport helped me to make it work by changing my password and the issue came back a few days later.
Thank you anyway to give this idea of deblocking popup windows.

inverted display on Mac and PC

Hi all,

I am experiencing the same " inverted display " as others. It happens on my iMac at home and Windows 7 PC at work. Does anyone know of solutions?

It seems like the only way that has worked so far is to call support per Sandy-Hary's post #8.
