For those of you with a garmin watch and iPhone: I have my Garmin Connect Mobile feeding into my iPhone Health app. It's the only source for calories.
Total calories on Garmin Connect for me is around 2500/day on average (looking at the total calories report on GC).
Total calories on iPhone Health app for me is around 2200/day on average (average is given in the chart).
If they're coming from the same place, then why are they so far off from one another?
Also, if anything, wouldn't the iPhone record double calories for something and then be higher? I don't understand why Garmin would be higher.
