I'm new to this. My Edge 500 connects to the computer and I can see its folders in file manager. Garmin Express will "connect" and synchronize fine. Clicking on Garmin Connect though produces a pretty much blank page with some icons on the top left that don't appear to go anywhere. And if I log into Garmin and go to troubleshoot I get a "Cannot find device" I have downloaded the Browser ad-in they asked for. Not sure what to do next as the Edge is talking to the computer but not Connect.
