Garmin 310XT won't upload to Connect

My 310XT stopped uploading to my connect.garmin.com account. This happened once before and I don't remember how I fixed it. It asks me to re-authenticate, but that doesn't solve the problem. This happened upon my return from a time zone 3 hours ahead, where I had run. Come to think of it, it happened the last time I traveled across time zones as well. How do I fix this?
