Garmin Edge 800 Trying to add courses

Hi,

Am trying to add 20 courses to my Garmin Edge 800. I copy them in to NewFiles folder. Switch device off and on. Only some of them load.

No matter how many times I try, or whether I try the "newfiles" folder on the edge itself or on the SD card, with or without the courses folder cleared down, the result is the same, only some files load. Not always the same ones.

Would appreciate any advice or help that will enable me to get all 20 courses on. It's for a forthcoming touring holiday in France.
