Upload sessions from old watch

I recently had to send my FR620 off to be repaired. While it was away I used my old FR405 to record my runs. At the weekend I used the old fashioned way of uploading these using my computer, and ANT stick and ANT agent. I had to reinstall the ANT Agent as I had deleted it when I got my new watch.

The upload seemed to work fine and I got the message from ANT agent to say that my workouts had been successfully uploaded. However, I checked Garmin Connect and none of the workouts has appeared. Have I lost them? Are they stored on my computer? How can I get them on to Garmin Connect?

Thanks. Would love to have last weeks runs back.
  • Have you removed express and installed Garmin communicator?

Not sure. I normally use Chrome and I get a message that it does not work with communicator. I think I have installed communicator using my explorer browser but my default browser is still Chrome when I go to check Garmin Connect. I don't think I have removed express but don't know how to check. It does not appear in the Garmin programmes folder.
  • Well its communicator that manages the uploading of the files to connect with ANT agent getting them from your device onto the pc so you should be able to go into connect in classic view in explorer and run the manual upload
