It seems that at some point (probably during this week) Garmin Connect website workout editor was updated so that it doesn't allow using repeats that are less than one minute (1:00) in the workouts any more. This is really bad update since I have used this workout functionality with my Forerunner 620 for pacing 100m or 200m track repeats where the duration is from 15 seconds to 36 seconds. If there is a workaround I'd like to know that and if not then I certainly hope this limit is removed or otherwise it will make my Forerunner useless for the track workouts.
Hi, I found the same issue when wanting to do 40 second hill reps. The only way round it I could find was to go directly to the workout icon on the watch and edit the "Intervals" (not Workouts). Here you can select time of less than a minute plus number of repeats. Doesn't look like you can have more than one set of repeats so, to switch from your 100m time to your 200m time, you would have to create a new interval session during your rest between sets!!
