Activity is always OTHER.

Hello, I have issue with Garmin Connect and Garmin Fenix 2....
After upload to Garmin Connect my activity is always displayed as OTHER doesn't matter if it's running or cycling. Activity in Fenix is displayed OK, for example as bike but after upload activity is other.
I must change the activity manually every time after upload.
This issue started from some time (some update, I guess), was not from beginning.

Some hint ?

I have the exactely same issue. I think it began when I did a factory reset trying to fix another issue (a corrupted activity was preventing me from start a new activity).

Did you find the solution?

The things get worse because when a run activity done using a HRM-Run (which measures run cadence, vertical oscilation, etc) is upload as "other", the extra information collected by the HRM-Run is discarded :(
