Forerunner 610 is not sync.

Hi. I'm having problems with the sync of my forerunner 610. Apparently it is already syncronized but the activities doesn't appeared on the web page.
I'm always having problems after any update of the garmin express.

What do I have to do.

    I too have had problems for quite some time. All Garmin support can say is: reinstall garmin express, factory reset the device.

    I'm a software engineer and given the prevalence of people reporting these issues, it is clear to me that there is a bug somewhere. And what's worse, Garmin are not taking it seriously.

    I currently own a 310XT. I have now focussed purely on cycling and want to buy a GPS enabled bike computer - not sure it's going to be a Garmin, though.

  • I have same problem too!! This is so frustrating. I have reinstall garmin express many times. My device is 910xt. Next is Suunto!

    I've had the same problem since Garmin Express came.
    Every time i try to sync, I have to push sync many times and when sync finally starts, it stops and requires to put login details again.
    After that Express shows that sync is done but nothing goes to Connect. I have to dig the exercise from hidden folder \ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Devices...\fit4, rename it by adding ".fit", load it manually to Garmin Connect.
    I've reinstalled Express, reseted 610 but nothing helps.
    Garmin just does not care to fix anything! Next sportwatch will definitely not be Garmin.

    Same synchronizing problem

    Problem started when Garmin moved to Garmin Express last January. With Training Center, never had the synchro issue and the synchronization started automatically as soon as the ant usb was plugged. Looks like Garmin doesn't care. I have chosen another GPS manufacturer.
