why can't I design workouts with intervals less than 1 minute?

Trying to do this in Garmin Connect for my 220. What's wrong?

I´m having the same issue. I get the following error: "Your "00:20" value is not within permissible limits."
  • Still an issue. I contacted garmin with the form in the link earlier in the thread (before reading about all this known issue stuff). But they deserve a bit of mailbox hassle for this!

I emailed and got the same response as Markelhas above.

From which I think: this is clearly an error that they made recently, not deliberate, and it should be sorted out shortly. It does seem an incredible mistake for someone making this kind of product to make though! If you haven't already, submit your comments on the form to make sure it is top priority

  • I have the same issue, Garmin told me they are unable to reproduce...

  • I have a bunch of tabatas setup for "cycling" and "running" and "other" which is

    :20 on
    :10 off

It all works fine and has worked fine BUT if you try to edit them you get the below error - so do NOT try to edit yours lest you lose them possible. And, if you try to duplicate and edit your duplicate you get the errors. And, if you try to make new workouts with a time in the seconds, you cannot, you get the error. So we "use" to be able to do this and their own prompt shows for you to pick "00:00 min:sec" and yet now that is all busted.

The issues with the Fenix 3 have been terrible enough, now this :(

I replied to your tweet Jason (jmwhelan). They replied, but it was not with any sort of solution. I am about to start planning my intervals for the next few weeks and I am pissed that I cant get this to work. I may have to start using my frigging 910 to allow me to edit them after they are uploaded. Nothing like having to downgrade in order to properly use their technology. Its either that or carry my phone on runs (no thank you, I run without a phone for a reason!).

Same issue with the software. My work around is to edit the intervals on my 510 manually after building the shell on Garmin connect. Pain in the butt.

Glad to see you guys are already fighting this. Just ran into it myself.

I've just experienced this problem on the modern version of Garmin connect. So annoyed.
Just read the Garmin reply. Does anybody know when they will be fixing this?

Apologies for the question, if this has already been asked.

    New to the forum.

    Thanks.
