I went to sync my vivofit today with my computer. Surprise surprise! I have absolutely no data on Connect for the month of May. What is going on? Anyone else have this issue?
Having the same issue... Garmin connect (mobile App and website) shows last activity on May 8th!!! When I sync (both mobile app or via Ant+), it says it completes successfully, but the latest information does not show up.
Any hints on what could be going on and how to fix it?
I have same problem, if I synchronize every 3 days, information activities recorded in the device is lost and will not appear on the website of Garmin connect. I have to be continuously synchronized to avoid this mistake me, I just sync through your computer. That could be the problem ?.
