Adding a Forerunner 15 device to Garmen Connect which already has Forerunner 406 run

Hi There,
I hesitate to add my Forrunner 15, which I want to use for tracking hikes, to Garmen Connect as it asks me to remove the ANT software first. Will I be able to reinstall it afterwards, keep my Forerunner 406 records & upload from the two devices regularly?? Has anyone done it? Hoping for some replies, thanks.

    "it" being Garmin Express??? If so, Garmin reps are actually answering posts in the Garmin Express sub-forum. They might give you some good knowledge about what's going on. Garmin rep's very rarely monitor/post outside that sub-forum.

    Sounds like you might still be using Ant Agent with the old Garmin Connect website. If so, then it does seem likely that you will need to let Garmin Express uninstall your Ant software and then Garmin Express will handle the sync/upload of both devices to Garmin Connect and if desired Strava and some other sites.

    But check with the Garmin Express people first. I don't use a Garmin device that requires Ant Agent to transfer data so I might be wrong.
