Voice Command no longer transcribes correctly

After i updated my Nuvi 2699 a few months ago Voice Command immediately began getting EVERY address i gave it wrong and i mean not even close. Prior to the update i would say it had close to 90% of my commands correct.
I just tried a new update and also reinstalled the English language files and it still doesn't work.

They have a section just for nuvi users. This forum mainly is Garmin's fitness and sport related devices. If you think you need Garmin Support, then call them. Advice on the phone is free even if your nuvi is out of warranty.
