I deleted goal by mistake

If I deleted by mistake a goal in my profile of my Garmin connect, can I recovery it?

In my foreruner 410 i can see the goal, but I don't know how to transfer it again ...

In connect on the steps widget, click the pencil icon and renter it there. If it was an autogoal that you deleted, then set it back to auto and it should reappear.
