Why do I see a Blue Screen in Modern view in Garmin Connect "some times"

I have used the modern view in Garmin Connect for several months without any issues. Two weeks ago out of the blue I was starting to see more times then not the blue screen with just the left tool bar, the side bar will allow me to get to the classic view but I can not use the Modern view. The modern view does open up but it is on its terms as to when, I am not sure why some times the modern view will open up and other times it will not. I use a mac with firefox I have not updated or changed anything before or since this issue has started. I have read a bunch from others with this issue, but I am still looking for the answer as to why this happens and if there is something I can do to resolve this issue. I get it that Garmin my have issues with this but I am not looking to criticize, I am just looking for solutions, any suggestions on how to resolve this issue, possibly even another app I can use with my Garmin.
