Edge 200, send activities TO device or manually enter kms in Odometer

I forgot to reset my device at the start of the year, have uploaded my activities to garmin connect and reset my device to clear everything.

Is there a way for my device/Edge 200 to allow me to enter the KM's from this year or send my rides from the PC to the unit?
