Everytime I try to log in it says
Your account has been temporary locked. You may try again later, recover your password or contact Product Support.so I click the forgot link and get a temporary password.
The next thing I have to do after logging in with this password is enter a new password and save it which I do. Nothing unexpected so far.
If I log out and log back in the password is rejected again. If I try another application (such as this forum or Basecamp), same thing.
The only way I can log in to anything is to request a password reset each time. A big problem with Basecamp as it doesn't have a link for that.
I have emailed the black hole of support about this - I'm still waiting for them to respond to an issue I logged two months ago - and I'm not expecting a response.
I've tried three different computers, three operating systems and three different browsers.
I'm also a web developer, so no caps lock issues, plugins, cookies etc.
Has anybody here experienced, or have a solution to, this problem?
