When I click on Insert Image icon
-new window opens
I select a 47.5 KB JPG file and click on upload file(s)
I get an orange/red circle with ! in it. Only option is to "clear List

If I go to Additional Options and select Manage Attachments
I get this
Note in upper right, it appears I am over some limit but I find no way to delete these old files so I can't upload new files.

What am I doing wrong?
