Not showing Power Data from Imported GPX file

I have a BKOOL cycling trainer which records power. When I import the GPX file into Garmin Connect for my training ride, all data is present apart from the power data, here is a section from the GPX file so you can see the data is present.

My guess would be that Connect is expecting a .tcx file not a gpx. This DC Rainmaker review http://www.dcrainmaker.com/2012/12/bkool-wireless-ant-trainer-in-depth-review.html states in there someplace that BKOOL now supports export to tcx, so it may be worth a try.
