Make Competition

Hi All
This is my 1st post and I need your support here.
we just introduce Garmin connect vivofit 2 in the company and we are enrolled 95 person and bought the device for all of them.
My question:
I need to set up a competition between them privately, How can I do so?

You do it with the connections feature where each person connects to the others. 95 people will take a bit of time.
