Total mileage for year or month, how?

How do I obtain total mileage (cycling) for a calendar year or calendar month using Garmin Connect? With Training Center, it was easy, place all the activities for each year in a separate folder to obtain the totals. Garmin Connect does not offer that or anything similar. Thanks, Curt S.

To get a quick summary of totals: Got to reports, progress summary. Click the drop down to report on "This Year," for "Cycling."
