Forerunner 910XT Will not sync to computer

Hi All,

For the life of me, I can not get my Forerunner 910XT to sync to my computer. It has been finicky in the past (i.e. I would have to boot up the computer and watch in a certain order), but now, nothing seems to be working. When I open up Garmin Express, it says it has a recent sync, but none of my workouts are there. As I said, it has worked in the past, so I'm not sure what has changed. I have tried it wirelessly with the ANT stick, and via USB, and all the USB does is charge the watch. I also went through the troubleshooting steps for this device outlined by Garmin on their support page, and still had no luck. Does anyone know of anything else I can try? Thank you very much in advance for any help you can offer me.
  • Might help to know whether you use a PC or Macbook and what OS, particularly if a windows machine. However sync issues for those using Garmin Express are better resolved in the Garmin Express sub-forums where actual Garmin rep's are actively monitoring and answering posts.
