Hiya, I have a Garmin 310XT and would like to know how to set up my target paces for Interval / Threshold runs etc, but I can't find anywhere on Garmin Connect that might let me set them.
I am doing a marathon training plan, but I don't want to have to go into every workout to set my target pace.
Am I missing something obvious?
I don't want to use the heart rate zones as this training method didn't work for me in the past.
