Activity lost?

Hi,
I've been using garmin connect for several years now, with different devices. My latest device, the Vivofit is great but the sync feature is acting up almost every time. Sometimes I have to close and reopen the program to get it to sync, and sometimes I even have to unplug the usb connector and restart to get it to work. But I have never lost an activity until today.

So, I open up garming connect on my pc, and press sync on the vivofit. everything goes well, and I get the message "Sync Complete!"

But when I open up the browser to view my activity, nothing is there? I have tried several times to re-sync still getting the "Sync Complete!" message, but no luck.

I am sure I started and ended my activity correct because I never leave the heartrate window on my vivofit when i'm working out. And as far as I know, the vivofit registers an activity when ever a heartrate is registered?

Is there any way to recover my activity or is it lost forever?

  • Same here. I have uploaded my activity from Garmin Edge 1000 through Wi-Fi. Later, I have opened a connect web site and the activity is not there nor in the device. This activity is specially meaningful to me as it contains a lot of personal records in there. I am so sorry to miss it.
