Fenix2 to Garmin Direct to Connect: data loss

cannot sync any longer from my F2 to Garmin Connect. Garmin Direct says that data transfer is complete and can be viewed on Connect. But in Connect nothing appears. Tried to do it manually with the old presentation as suggested by FAQ. But then it says that no data recent or old are available. F2 memory has been wiped out. I tried on 2 different Macs and no success. Does anybody else encounters the same problems? Any solution available?
