New user Connect problems

My Forerunner 620 claims to be synchronising through Garmin Express however when I click through to Garmin Connect, I have nothing, just a plain blue screen. There are 4 buttons in the top left corner but they do nothing. Any ideas? I am sure I am doing something basic, wrong.

  • Typically when you get that it's because something on your computer is blocking some of the sites Garmin Connect uses. Usually something like Adblock. Try going to the old Garmin Connect site. I think that link will take you to the old interface.

    Or it could be a problem with Garmin Express for which you might find some help in the Garmin Express sub-forum.

    Thanks - all my data is visible on the old site so there must be something blocking the new site. Just need to work out what! Thanks again
