bug uploading 910 activities when using two 910 devices and two GC accounts

I use a Garmin Express on a PC to upload my 910Xt activities to my account.
I also use the same Garmin Express on the same PC to upload my friend's 910Xt activities to her account.

It used to work fine. However, since 2-3 weeks, I have not been able to upload my activities anymore into my Garmin Connect page, although I can still upload my friend's activities in her Garmin Connect page.

It seems that my activities are transferred correctly from my 910xt device to Garmin Express, but they then remain blocked into Garmin Express (I suspect that because the transfer is displayed as usual on my 910xt ; then Garmin Express asks my credentials ; I enter them but afterwards, Garmin Express does not indicate whether it is ok or not, and my activities never appear in Garmin Connect).

I've updated Garmin Express to 4.0.19.0 but it does not help.

If a use another PC for uploading my activities, it solves the problem, but I don't want to do it each time I need to upload activities.

For the records, I have solved the problem by uninstalling all Garmin software (Garmin Express, 2 Garmin Communicators, and 1 Garmin USB soft) and installing again Garmin Express.

I got the same problem again. I ended up using 2 different PCs, one for each Garmin Connect account.
  • If you are using Garmin Express, AFAIK it is supposed to be able to handle sending the data of one device to an account, and another device to another account if that is what you desire. So if it's not doing that, look or post in the Garmin Express sub-forum.

What Garmin Express does not do without going through some tedious steps is allow two people to use the same device and send to different accounts. But two different devices going to different accounts is what they have said in the past it can do when properly set up.
