Until I try it you could just send the activity as an attachment. Select the file you want to send and attach it to the email.
I tried it. In Garmin Connect open an activity and in the upper right hand corner of it you will find a pencil, a star, a box with a arrow pointing right and a open lock. Click on the box with the arrow (or Sharing) and follow instructions.
