I've been trying for months (!!!!!) now and still can't get connected to Garmin servers to upload my data on my new MacBook. It worked well with my old MacAir. Any advice will be much appreciated.
What are you using to send your data to Garmin Connect? If it's Garmin Express, then you should post in the Garmin Express sub-forums where actual Garmin reps are monitoring and answering posts. They don't seem to stray outside that very often as I suppose they prefer this to be a user-to-user help forum.
I have seen some posts concerning similar issues that seem to be resolved by setting correct timezone on the computer. But there are plenty of other possible solutions too.
I use Garmin Connect for several months (with my Garmin vivofit). In recent days, I can not do display the site correctly. I get an error message (in both English and French). I redid an unsuccessful installation. I'm using Firefox and I get the same result with Google Chrome. What's the problem? I do not know if I'm in the right forum, if not, sorry.
