How to Change a 13.08 mile run to a 13.1 mile run

What's the best way to change the distance on a run? I know I can download a .gpx file or a .fit or .tcx file and then modifiy it somehow, but i'm wondering which fields? I'm pretty good with Microsoft Excel, so if I could import it into here as a text file than export it that would be great.

Thanks!

    Hello Pherzog,

    .02mi = 106 feet.

    You could import your track into BaseCamp, open the Track Properties box, scroll down to the last point and remember the last distance, zoom up to the max at the end of the track, select the Move tool (box with arrow in it), click hold and drag the last trackpoint until the last distance in the Properties box is 106 feet longer. You are done. Export the track as GPX or TCX.

    The speed on that last distance will be very high because you made the distance longer but the time stayed the same.
