I’m using the new Garmin Connect interface (and have recently downloaded and installed the Garmin Express software too).
One thing that I have noticed with the “Workouts” now is that you cannot view, or set the power field by inserting specific numbers, it limits you to setting it by “Zones” only. This I have found quite frustrating as I train to specific numbers, and not a range.
For example I need to ride at 330 watts for a duration of time, (and not between 284-336) Because the new layout will only display “Zone 4” for example it has pretty much meant that I cannot undertake my training. Any ideas or ways to help would be greatly appreciated.
