vivosmart watch -accidentally deleted some files in usb mass storage

I accidentally deleted some files in usb mass storage from my vivoactive smart watch, and i get sync problem with garmin express. Starts to sync nice and in the middle of the process stops, giving "unknown error" .
Can i restore all system files or anyone have a list off all the files included in the watch?

Hard reset might be needed

You might need to reset defaults. Go to the activity Button -> Settings -> System -> Restore Defaults

Or if that doesn't work, do a full system reset (flashes the storage back to factory defaults) Hold the power button down till the device prompts to turn off. Turn off the device. Then hold the power button down (do not release until the system is completely back on). This is in the manual (somewhere). This will delete all activity & data from the device.
