I have a Garmin vívofit. About two days ago the daily calorie count stopped working in the Garmin Connect mobile app. The daily calorie update does appear on the Garmin Connect website. Steps and other functions are working fine. How do I correct?
I have the same problem, I get active calories if I go into on the dashboard, but no overall calories in the app, only the website. I click on the add food for my fitness pal and update it but nothing is showing up on the app.
Thought it was just me, happy to find out I'm not the only one.
On the Connect app dashboard screen I have no data for active calories, just a prompt to say that I need to sync to see it. Calorie details does not contain any data at all. On the web app side I have data in the calories section; despite having to force a sync with MyFitnessPal.
I have the same problem described before: I can see the calories in my Dashboard, but I can´t see them in the app. But if I go back a few weeks, the active calories are stored also in the app. Perhaps it is a problem with the update to 2.80 which I made at that time if I remember it well.
I also have the same problem as FUNKYLARMA and JOVIGRL. The garmin app does not show active calories not he dashboard it says sync to view. If I click into it it does show some logged calories. I had the same problem. I was about to call Garmin to ask about it. I decided to to delete the app (I have an iPhone) and reinstall it. It is now showing my active calories on the dashboard. Hope this helps for you. Please let me know! Good Luck!!!
I have the vivofit and i use Garmin connect, i also have graphics in the Gamin connect App on my computer but on my iphone 5 i do not have graphics in calories. could this be fixed please?
