Garmin Connect Workouts Page will not load

I reported this problem over a month ago. It occurred just after a SW update. All other features of GC are working. When I click on the Workouts widget or select Workouts from the navigation menu I get a spinning cursor and the workouts page will not load. I have tried this from Safari on a Mac, from Firefox on a Mac, from IE and Chrome on a PC. If I create a new GC account Workouts is accessible, but there is no way to transfer my activity history to the new account.

I am frustrated with the lack of response from Garmin regarding status of this issue. I have been told that multiple users are having the problem.
