AERA 500 cannot unlock databases

I bought an AERA 500 and I did the free update with a coupon. When I tried to make the update via updater, the program doesnt recognice the device, so I did it manually. I did the tree updates availables, aviation, terrain and obstacles, but the result was this message ¨cannot unlock databases¨, and the aviation data and terrain appears as missing.
I will appreciate any help.

aera 500 is total *** garmin never again if you bouy database you cant update it because it shows that USB not recognized in the same time while it is recognized everywhere in webupdater gamin express everywhere SO *** ***
