How to import activities back from Garmin Connect to Edge 1000

Hi,

I crashed my Edge 1000 this week, I decided to buy a new one.
Hopefully, I synchronized all my activities with Garmin Connect

Now I would like to sync back my activities into my Edge 1000.
Sync them through Garmin Express don't work automatically

I tried to export the activities to a CSV file and import it into the "new files" folder in my Edge 1000. Don't work.
Do the same way, converting the CSV into a FIT file. Don't work too.

How can I do that ?
